KAGES SCIENCE FAIR TODAY, TOMORROW
The Kagman Elementary School will be holding its 3rd Annual Science Fair on May 25-26, 2006.
The goals of this event are to provide learning experiences to all students of KagES, develop their scientific literacy by giving them the opportunity to explore ideas and mastery skills through hands-on activities and project presentation, promote team building, sportsmanship, encourage parental involvement with their children’s education and acknowledge them as well.
The winning theme for this event is “Yesterday’s questions are today’s mysteries to be solved by today’s discoveries through Science.” This was written by a 1st grader named Lory San Nicolas under Ms. Elena Enriquez’s class.
The winning poster was done by 2nd grade student Gregory Manuel Sablan Jr. under Ms. Dawna Coward’s class.
Parents of the participating students and Kagman Elementary School’s parents are invited to come on May 26, 2006 for a public viewing from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Point-of-contact for this education event is Nelly Sablan. (PR)
ChaCha Oceanview’s May-June happenings
May 27: 8th grade class fun day at World Resort
June 1, 2006: Promotional/Achievement Ceremony at 11:30am. It will be held at the school’s soccer field.
June 2: Last day of school.
Also, school administration is asking all parents to update and turn in each child’s registration form. The form asks for information such as student name, parents information, and contact numbers.
